The Missouri Organ and Tissue Donor Program (OTD) helps people learn about donation and record their choices. We manage the Donate Life Missouri Registry (DLM Registry)—a secure list of Missourians who choose to donate their organs and tissues. Our goal is simple: share clear information so you can decide what’s right for you and have that choice documented. Right now, over 1,000 Missourians, and more than 100,000 Americans, are waiting for lifesaving transplants. Their chance depends on the generosity of donors like you. Saying “yes” brings hope.
